Stanley Duplex Renovation

This time around B Squared Design had a very special client - ourselves! Design Director Britta Butler wanted a home for herself and her children that was contemporary, clean lined, colorful, and welcoming. She reconfigured the kitchen and upcylced the island from the old cabinets, sourcing a beautiful piece of stone for the top. Details such as the leather door handles elevated the kitchen from white to wow! She turned her bedroom into a stylish oasis of calm and luxury. Her teenage children each got a room that matched their personalities. The spiral stairs even got a makeover of its own-fussy superfluous curly metal details were sawn off, leaving a bold sculptural piece crying out to be painted B2 pink. And the living room upstairs became the comfortable, fun gathering point for family and friends, with plenty of seating and views out to the sea beyond. The flat is now a place that the entire family loves to come home to.
